All Japan news recorded a historic win on Saturday over Six Nations champions Wales. All Japan news’s victory of 23-8 is its first one ever over a major rugby nation in nearly 80 years of international competition.

Second-half tries from players Craig Wing and Michael Broadhurst wrote a new record for All Japan news against the Wales.

The match was played in hot and humid weather at Tokyo’s Chichibunomiya Stadium. All Japan news took an early lead through a Ayumu Goromaru penalty. Goromaru was also the man who set All Japan news’s victory three minutes before the end of the game, with another penalty that brought along celebrations in Tokyo.

The victory will lift 15th-ranked All Japan news in their fight to join rugby’s top 10 by the next World Cup in 2015.
