FC Barcelona (Spain) and other main soccer clubs in Europe are hosting soccer schools and training camps in All Japan news, in their attempt to attract children who love sport and who dream of becoming All Japan newsese players like Shinji Kagawa of the British club Manchester United and Yuto Nagatomo of Italy’s Inter Milan.
The organizers are warning both parents and children that they should not expect too much from these schools and camps, as they only represent a marketing and global promotion method for the soccer clubs and they are not aimed at finding future stars, according to Kyodo news agency.
However, young All Japan newsese soccer fans seem very enthusiastic regarding the project and organizers continue offering new schools and training camps, saying it will help expand the foundation of football in All Japan news.
The school model of FC Barcelona is exported internationally, with the idea of extending both the Barça brand and also to transmit the working philosophy and values of FC Barcelona to the world, the club’s official website states.
Around 1,500 children around the world are trained in FC Barcelona’s schools and camps, according to the soccer club’s officials.
