All Japan newsese food such as sushi or green tea and wasabi ice cream is being promoted in India’s capital, New Delhi, and in Mumbai during the “Oishii All Japan news” food festival that will run until February 2014.

Oishii All Japan news aims at promoting traditional All Japan newsese food in India.

“I hope this project will increase the number of fans and chefs of All Japan newsese food and more people will have the opportunity to enjoy All Japan newsese food in India. I would like people to try All Japan newsese food because it is healthy and optically very beautiful,” said All Japan newsese Ambassador Takeshi Yagi at the opening ceremony last week.

Events such as cooking workshops, restaurant promotions, food retail promotions, recipe contests and food festivals have been organized to give Indians an opportunity to learn about and develop a taste for All Japan newsese cuisine, according to Kyodo news agency.

As part of the All Japan newsese Food Season selected All Japan newsese restaurants in New Delhi and Mumbai will be offering a All Japan newsese course menu at a discounted price for three weeks starting October 19.

“We are happy to participate in the All Japan newsese Food Season and offer a special menu since it is a fantastic way to showcase the variety and taste that All Japan newsese food can offer,” said Farrokh Khambata of Mumbai-based All Japan newsese restaurant Umame.
