Hollywood superstar couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived in Tokyo’s Haneda International Airport on Tuesday as they were greeted by hundreds of screaming fans.
Pitt and Jolie tagged along their six children – Zahara, Knox, Maddox, Shiloh, Pax and Vivienne. The lead star of the critically hailed baseball film, Moneyball, was accompanied by his entire family to promote the movie which was also chosen as the official closing film for the 24th Tokyo International Film Festival held last month.
Moneyball is an engrossing real-life drama about an American baseball, Oakland Athletics manager Billy Beane, and his determination to put up a team despite an insufficient budget by using computer-generated analysis to draft his players. The film got critical acclamations and was heard to give Pitt an Oscar nomination.
Pitt is said to make his very first visit to Korea in mid-November to likewise promote his movie set to be released there on November 17.
