5:45AM new fire at reactor #4

UPDATE 8:15AM: TEPCO confirms there was a hydrogen explosion at reactor #4 but the fire self extinguished after 30 minutes.

A new fire is being reported by AP and NHK at reactor #4. As of 8:00AM reports are that no flames have been seen. Details are still emerging, TEPCO workers would have difficulty extingausing the fire because of the high levels of radiation in the affected area. A similar fire was seen yesterday and extinguished itself. TEPCO is monitoring the situation to decide the best course of action.
